How long does delivery take?
After payment and pharmacy processing, typical delivery to U.S. addresses takes two to three weeks. We share tracking as soon as your order ships. For ongoing medications, we recommend reordering with at least a month of supply remaining.
Can I order refills?
Yes. Refills are faster than first orders because your file is already verified. One message and we take it from there, for as long as your prescription remains valid.
Do you take insurance?
No, and that is the point. SimpleScripts exists for people paying cash because they have no coverage or poor coverage. Many find the cash price through Canada lower than their U.S. copay.
How do I pay?
Through a secure payment link we email you after your order is verified. We never ask for card details over email or collect them on this website.
What if my medication is not available?
We tell you straight away. If a pharmacy in our network cannot dispense it, you will hear that from us rather than silence. No fees, no obligation either way.
Do you ship narcotics or opioids?
No. We cannot fill or ship narcotics (opioids) such as oxycodone, hydrocodone, morphine, hydromorphone, fentanyl, methadone, or similar controlled pain medications. That is a legal restriction on mailing those drugs from Canada to the U.S., not a choice we make case by case. If you write to us about one of these, we will tell you we cannot help and will not take payment. If you are unsure whether your medication falls in these categories, please message us and we can let you know if it is a medication we can legally provide to you.
